This small feral hogs appears to have scars from an unusual wound?

This feral hog shoat has what appear to be the scars of long scratches or tooth slashes from it’s ear to part-way back on its neck. Some one suggested creases or folds in the skin, but I doubt that would account for the marks on the ear? My feelings are that it could have been scarring from a fight with a dog – catch dogs go for an ear hold – , cuts from going through a wire fence (maybe “escaping” from a trap?), OR wounds from fighting with an animal of some sort, like a cat. A big bobcat could possibly have done it, and I have seen a big one on my property many times, and of course there are rumors of larger varieties of cats roaming through south Brazoria County at times. This pig seems a little young to have been fighting with another boar, but maybe he “rubbed” a big one the wrong way and got taught a lesson?
