WHITETAIL MOVEMENT, by JOHN WOOTERS

John Wooters was one of our best Texas Outdoor Writers, and whitetail deer were his best subject.

John Wooters was one of the most honest and knowledgeable of all Texas outdoor writers – in my opinion – and whitetail deer were his favorite subject. Not just a “shooter”, Mr. Wooters studied deer and their habits, developed early computer programs to help him compile and evaluate his data, and also hunted extensively all over Texas, the US, and in some foreign lands. The color photography in this book is possibly worth the price in itself, but the information that goes with it could be invaluable to a serious deer hunter – even if only to confirm your own opinions and theories.

This book is a MUST for the deer hunting reader!

(Mr. Wooters also wrote about reloading, various rifles for hunting, and other deer hunting volumes. An Amazon search under his name will bring them up.
